By accessing the Ayadi platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

The Service

Ayadi provides an online platform that connects you with licensed therapists for counseling sessions delivered by secure video or text. Therapists are responsible for the professional care they provide within the scope of their licenses.

Ayadi is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are in crisis, or are having thoughts of harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest hospital.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering and to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments and Cancellations

Session and package prices are displayed in the Ayadi app before you complete any purchase. Payments are processed through secure payment providers.

You may reschedule or cancel sessions in accordance with the cancellation policy shown in the app. Please refer to the app for the most current details on pricing, refunds, and cancellations.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal purposes and to treat therapists and the Ayadi team with respect. Misusing the platform, recording sessions without consent, impersonating others, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date, and your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept them.
